MAGTOP Snap 201BISTABLE SWITCHSAFETY INSTRUCTIONS- Installation, commissioning and maintenance may only be performed out by qualified personnel!- Only connect the device to the voltage specified in the technical data or on the type label!- Disconnect the device from the power supply during installation/maintenance work!- Only operate the device under the conditions defined in the operating instructions!NOTICE!- Only use BAMO IER floats, no foreign magnets, not even for testing purposes- Always install the float with the "TOP" marking facing upwards- Always mount the cable entry point downwards- Before commissioning, check the switching contact (with continuity tester) that the contact position corresponds to the current tank level, ifnecessary bring the contact with switching magnet into the correct position (see contact position).- Stainless steel tubes may only be used if they are non-magnetic and seamlessly drawn. Welded stainless steel tubes are magnetic andinterfere with proper function- Do not mount or store near strong magnetic fields or ferromagnetic parts (steel beams, struts, container parts, etc.)DESCRIPTIONConnected to a MAGTOP series magnetic flap indicator, the bistable switches of the MAGTOP SNAP type serve as limit switches. If thebistable switch is passed by the magnetic float running inside the indicator, it changes its position and switches.
