Q & A for Auto-Empty Station1. Auto-emptying cannot start when the T8 returns to the auto-empty stationbase.(1) Please check that the base and main body of the station are correctlyassembled as described in the user manual.(2) Please check that the station's power cable is plugged into the socket andconnected to the auto-empty station.(3) The station's dust cover needs to be fully closed while auto-emptying is inprogress.(4) Please ensure that the disposable dust bag is fitted correctly.(5) Auto-emptying will not start when Do Not Disturb mode is enabled in the usersettings.(6) Auto-emptying will not start when you tell DEEBOT to return to the stationafter you have finished using Video Manger.(7) Auto-emptying will not start if you move DEEBOT back to the station by hand;it is only triggered when the device returns automatically.If you have ruled out the issues above and the problem persists, please contactECOVACS Customer Care.2.
