Unit has a mechanically cooled refrigerated raised rail with die-stamped opening(s)to accomodate 2000 series pans. Pans provided by others, adapter bars supplied withunit. Pans are recessed 3" (7.6 cm), 2" (5.1 cm) or flush with top and rest on adjustablestainless steel clips. Raised rail openings have 20-gauge stainless steel hingedremovable covers.Unit Interior has a 22-gauge stainless steel liner with foamed-in-place polyurethaneinsulation.Base of unit has removable louvers at front and rear for proper air flow and access to thecondensing unit. Protective rubber bumpers are affixed to the back of the unit.Refrigeration System uses HFC-134a refrigerant. Refrigerated rail is designed to main-tain 41ºF (5ºC) at 85ºF ambient, 50% relative humidity for up to (4) hours when pans arerecessed 3" (7.6 cm) below top. Food and product should be placed in unit at 37ºF (3ºC).On/off switch is located at front of unit.Electrical Connection is 115 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase.
