Delta Shower SystemInstallation Instructions1. Remove Existing Shower HeadTurn the existing shower head counter-clockwise with adjustable wrench or pliers. Usecare not to unscrew the shower arm; hold the shower arm secure. Note: If yourshower arm has a ball on the end of it, it will not work with this showerunit and will need to be replaced with a standard shower arm.12. Install Diverter/MountHand tighten the female nut of the Diverter/Mount clockwise onto the exposedshower arm threads until tight. Use the plumber tape (not included) at this connectiononly. If necessary, use a wrench to tighten the diverter nut. Be careful not to overtighten.Wrap a soft cloth around the diverter nut to protect the finish.24. Connect Hose to Hand Shower and Install Shower HeadSeat the Washer firmly into the Hose swivel nut. Carefully align the threads of the Hosenut directly to the Hand Shower. Hand tighten - do not use a wrench or pliers. Thenplace the Hand Shower into the Diverter Mount.Hand tighten the Shower Head onto the Diverter. Do not use a wrench or pliers.4757133. Connect Hose to Diverter/Shower MountSeat the Washer firmly into the Hose nut. Carefully align the threads of the Hose nutdirectly to the Diverter/Shower Mount. Hand tighten the hose nut clockwise to thebottom outlet on the Diverter/Shower Mount.
