It can be easily paired up by self-learning to a Gemini alarm system 933MHW or 932MHW.The detector comes with 2 different buttons and 3 different adapters specific for traditional windows, new generation windows (ex. Polivision, Dometic, etc.) andflat surfaces (ex. lockers, hatches etc.).To link the sensor to the alarm system refer to the 933MHW or 932MHW alarm system instruction manual.Use the button that best fits the window type. To replace, proceed as follows:VWarranty will not cover damages incurred to the circuit due to the non removal of the battery prior to replacing the push-button.If the opening detector is used with the flat adapter it must be assembled before installation.The other adapters must only be assembled after they are secured in place.Select the appropriate adapter for the type of window.Before securing the sensor in place, find the correct position on the window frame to protect. The button must be in close contact with the mobile part of thewindow to detect any movement.Open the window to make sure the sensor operates properly: one quick flash of the LED indicator will confirm transmission of the alarm signal. If there is noflash, check the sensor position, the button must be fully pressed in when the window is closed otherwise use the other supplied button.After ensuring that the sensor correctly triggers an alarm when the window is opened, proceed as illustrated below for the selected adapter.Take care when drilling to avoid damaging parts behind the mounting area.WIRELESS OPENING DETECTOR 715WUKINSTALLATION AND OPERATIONHOW TO REPLACE THE PUSH-BUTTON1. Pry the cover up and remove the battery.AFTER REMOVING THE BATTERY, slide thespring off the end of the button.2. Gently lift the button taking carenot to damage the microswitch.3. Slide the long button in taking care not to damagethe microswitch lever. Add the spring.4. FINAL OPERATION: insert the battery and replacethe cover. |
