Place your rack and pucks on the back side of thebags as shown in the photo. Make sure the top puckscan rotate for install and removal of the bag.Bottom pucks should be resting on bottom tube to sup-port bag weight and there should be a small gap be-tween puck and sides of rack loop for easier installationof bags (see arrows.)Mark through the holes in the center of the pucks. Drillwith a 5/16” drill bit and de-burr the holes as needed. Aslightly larger bit can be used to allow some puckmovement for final alignment/fitment in Step 3.Step 2The photo on the right shows the location of the boltsand knobs on the inside of the panniers.For proper puck alignment and easier install/removalbags we recommend installing the pannier on the racksusing only the top knobs and pucks and fully tightenthem down. Then install and tighten the bottom pucks inplace using the M8x35 HH bolts.Note 4 additional bolts are included to use instead ofknobs at top mount locations if desired.Fender washers go inside the pannier at each bolt andknob location for additional strength.Figure 1Figure 2
