Operator Usage GuideED3 / ED4-AT SkidWeigh Plus (Weighing Scale)Start Up* Turn on ignition switch* The LCD display will show software version, serial number and will indicate Date / Time.(Standard ED3 / ED4-AT SkidWeigh Plus version without operator access control)* System with Optional Operator Access Control:System will prompt operator to input valid operator ID# or to scan operator RFID card* Complete OSHA safety check function, if applicable* LCD display will show Date / Time and vehicle will be operational1. Proper Weighing Procedure- Lower loaded forks to ground- LCD Display must show Date / Time- Activate lift control lever same as during normal usage and lift load approx. 2” (5 cm) off the ground- Do not manipulate the tilt, side shifter or move vehicle during the weighing cycle- Within few seconds load weight will be indicated on LCD Display.-2. Accumulative Load Weight Measuring Cycle (Without Waybill ID# input)- With LCD Display showing first load weight, press “Enter key” ↵ to start accumulating loads.- The LCD Display will show first load weight. Keep lifting loads and press “Enter key” ↵.- With each additional load lifted system will show TOTAL accumulative load weight.- On last load weight lifted press “Enter key” ↵ and press “P” key to complete cycle.“Enter key” ↵“P” Key- Printing tickets (system withonboard mobile printer)- Save data to USB port- Waybill ID# input- Decimal input (used withparts count by weight)Impact Monitoring Icon (Optional)Scroll Keys“F0” KeyOperator Function Key- Bluetooth printer / scannerpairing functions- TARE Function- Parts count by weight- Pounds or kilograms displayNote: By pressing “P” key the accumulative load weight cycle will be reset.Load weight information will be automatically saved to USB port, printed ticketprovided if the Bluetooth onboard printer is utilized.
