GENERAL• Ensure the worklight is correctly charged before initial use.• DO NOT cover or block the lens during use.• DO NOT shine directly into your, other person‘s or animal‘seyes.• DO NOT allow children to use the worklight• DO NOT handle or move the worklight whilst it is beingcharged.• DO NOT use the worklight if you suspect that the batteryor the worklight casing is damaged.• Ensure replacement batteries are genuine batteries of thesame rating.• Ensure the worklight is unplugged and allowed to coolbefore attempting any cleaning or replacement.• When not in use, store the worklight in a safe, dry, child-proof location.1.2 BATTERY SAFETYWARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:• DO NOT attempt to open, disassemble, modify or servicethe battery.• Ensure the charger is switched off and disconnected fromthe worklight before attempting to open the lamp unit.• DO NOT expose to temperatures above 40 °C• DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or disposeof in fire or water.• Replace only with the batteries designated for this product.• Dispose of the old batteries in accordance with localauthority battery regulations. DO NOT dispose of withregular refuse.• If the electrolyte in the cells contacts the skin, wash thoro-ughly with soap and water.• If the electrolyte in the cells gets into the eyes, rinsethoroughly with cool water and seek immediate medicalattention.1.3 Electrical safetyUse only the supplied mains charger plug for connecting work-light to the mains power supply.Only use the supplied adaptorfor connecting to a vehicle 12V -24V accessory socket.Warning! It is the user’s responsibility to read, understand andcomply with the following electrical instructions: You mustensure the risk of electric shock is minimized by the installa-tion of appropriate safety devices. An RCCB (Residual CurrentCircuit Breaker) should be incorporated in the main distributi-on board. We also recommend that an RCD (Residual CurrentDevice) is used with all electrical products, particularly porta-ble equipment which is plugged into an electrical supply notprotected by an RCCB.You must also read and understand the following instructionsconcerning electrical safety.You must ensure that you:• Inspect the charger plug,cable and connector for wear anddamage to ensure items are safe before connecting to themains power supply. If worn or damaged DO NOT use.• Check cables are always protected against short circuit andoverload.• Important:Check that the voltage marked on the chargerplug is the same as the power supply to be used.• Uncoil the cable between charger and the worklight.• DO NOT pull the charger plug from the mains socket bythe lead.• DO NOT use any other type of charger with this product.• DO NOT place the connector into any area of the worklightexcept the correct jack inlet socket.• DO NOT try to take the charger plug apart.• DO NOT use the charger plug to charge or power any otherelectrical item.• DO NOT get the charger wet,or use in wet, damp condi-tions (for indoor use only).2. INTRODUCTION5W (10x 0,5 watt SMD) +1 watt LED rechargeable worklight,5WSMD to be used as an inspection lamp or 1W LED on the topto be used as a torch. Magnets on the the rear, one 360 de-gree swivel hook, Base pivots 90 degrees, supplied with 230 Vmains USB charger and 12-24V USB car charger.3. OPERATION3.1 CHARGINGWarning! Ensure that you read, and fully understand the safetyinstructions before use.3.1.1 Charge the batteries before use.Important: Ensure the worklight is turned „Off“ while char-ging. Failure to do so will damage the charger plug/vehicleplug.3.1.2 Connect the charging plug into the charging soct, which islocated on the rear of inspection lamp. Connect the 230V char-ger or 12V-24V DC charger to a power supply.3.1.3 The charging LED indicator will illuminate red, charge for 6hours or until the charging LED illuminates green.3.1.4 Disconnect the charger from the worklight when it is fullycharged.3.2 OPERATTIONCaution! Never shine the LED light directly into your or any oneelse’s eyes.3.2.1 Press the on/off switch ,run through the sequence of mo-des (5 Watt/1W LED on top and off)3.2.2 The worklight can be suspended and swivel 360 degreeon hook or the magnet located on the rear of the worklight.3.2.3 The worklight can be swiveled 90 degrees to achieve thedesired angle.4. MAINTENANCEKeep the worklight clean from dirt and grease, using a dampcloth.
