Featuring the unique use of pump driven watercirculation, this unit provides exclusive features that no other humidifiers offer.IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONSREAD AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONSIMPORTANT INFORMATION and FEATURESYour Recirculating Console Humidifier is an EVAPORATIVE TYPEHUMIDIFIER. This means that the air being drawn through themoistened filter naturally evaporates the water and dispersesINVISIBLE MOISTURE into the air. This type of humidifier DOESNOT PRODUCE MIST, WATER DROPLETS, STEAM OR EXCESSIVECONDENSATION associated with other types of humidifiers.EXCESSIVE HUMIDITY CAN OFTEN LEAD TO UNANTICIPATEDPROBLEMS. Air containing water droplets or mist can create a goodhabitat for the growth of mold and mildew.Misting units often oversaturate the air, while the Lasko RecirculatingConsole Humidifier reaches a maximum humidity output levelwithout oversaturating. With a properly operating EvaporativeHumidifier, the evaporation rate increases naturally when the airis dry. When the humidity in your home is high, moisture outputautomatically decreases to help prevent damaging condensation. The Watershow Viewing Window provides a visible way for you toknow that your Recirculating Console Humidifier is operating. Asair passes over the filter, the humidity in the room will increase, andthe water level in the Unit will begin to decrease.Unlike misting humidifiers, the Evaporative Filter in your RecirculatingConsole Humidifier also traps unwanted minerals that reside in nor-mal tap water. This filtering also assures there is NO WHITE DUSTdispersed into the air.DO NOT pour waterinto Grill. DO NOT spillwater on Control Panel.Water should only bepoured into the Unitusing the Jug.Rev.
