HG200 - 200 InverterINTRODUCTIONBefore using the hoist, read these instructionscarefully and become familiar with the safetysymbols. The handbook must always be kepttogether with the machine.The contents of this use and maintenancemanual conforms with EEC Machine Directive89/392 and subsequent amendments. As themanufacturer, TEA reserves the right to makechanges without prior notice and without beingsubject to any sanctions, and also withoutaffecting the commitment to respect themain safety technical characteristics.The symbol represents a warning andindicates that the instructions must be carriedout to prevent personal injury. Non-compliance with such instructions may lead topersonal injury which, in some cases, may alsobe very serious.WARRANTYThe company pledges, for 12 months from thehoist delivery date, to replace any defectiveparts, at no charge, provided that, based on aninspection performed by the technical centre, itis evident that the buyer has used the machinecorrectly, has complied with the use andmaintenance standards contained in thismanual and has not tampered or made changesto the machine.The electric parts and the steel cable areexcluded from the warranty.For any repairs under warranty, the machinemust be delivered, at the user's care andexpense, to a TEA authorised service centre.The manufacturer will not be responsiblefor any other damage, including the damageas a result of the non-use of the hoist.PACKING AND TRANSPORTThe hoist is supplied packed in a specialplastic bag.The overall weight of the packed machineis:53 Kg (HG200)58 KG (HG200 INVERTER)At the time of purchase, the buyer mustcheck that the machine is undamaged andincludes all the necessary accessories (tierod, clamps, instruction manual, conformitydeclaration, warranty certificate).The device must be handled with care usingappropriate equipment and avoiding any typeof impact.In any case, the machine must be transportedby two persons.Before handling the device, the user mustfirst check that:a) the cable is completed wound on the drumand the hook is attached to the machinestructureb) the power supply outlet is disconnected.MACHINE DECRIPTIONHG 200 SINGLE-PHASE HOIST WITHMAXIMUM CAPACITY 200 KG.The hoist has been designed and builtto lift objects, materials or goods.
