Connect the BNC-RCA (RCA SIDE ONLY) cable to an open Inputon your TV (note the input name or number)2. Connect the other end of the BNC-RCA (BNC SIDE ONLY) cable to theback of the DVR labeled “Video Output”3. Turn on your TV and select the appropriate input (noted above)Step 2: Connecting your Mouse and Ethernet Cable1. Connect the USB mouse to the open top USB slot on the back of your DVR.Note: Please ensure the mouse is installed on the top USB slot only.2. Connect the Ethernet cable to the back of the DVR labeled either RJ-45 or LAN3. Connect the other end of the cable directly to your router, modem orhigh speed internet connection input.Note: Please consult the networking section of your manual to configure the DVRfor remote viewing.Step 3: Connecting the Cameras / DVR1. Connect the 60ft camera cables to the cameras (make sure you connect thecable end labeled “To Camera Only”)2. Connect the other end of the 60ft camera cables (BNC) to the back of the DVR(make sure you connect the cable end labeled “To DVR Only”)a. Connect each camera to an open Video Input on the back of the DVR3. Connect the 4-way camera power splitter to the cameras4. Connect the 4-way camera power splitter to the Camera Power Adapter andPlug in to an open outlet*5. Connect the DVR power supply to the back of the DVR labeled DC and theplug to an open outlet.** Notice: We strongly suggest that you plug your DVR and Camera power suppliesinto a Transient Voltage Surge Protector or UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply).Use a clamping rating of 330 or lower, Joule rating of at least 400 and a responsetime of 10 nanoseconds or less.
