Pass the supply wires through the Crossbar Assembly (A). Attachthe Crossbar Assembly (A) to the Outlet Box with the head of theGreen Ground Screw facing you. Secure it with Outlet Box Screws(not included). Fit thebackplateCrossbar Assembly (A) andsecure with mounting balls.Note: The backplateshould be snug againstthe wall and the mounting balls.Ifon FixtureBody (B)not, adjust the length of themounting screw on the CrossbarAssembly (A) by unscrewing thepreassembled hex nut and lockwasher and then screwing theFigure 2mounting screws in or out of the crossbar until the correct length isachieved. Use standard wire connectors (not included) to make all wireconnections. (Connectors are not included with fixture.) Twistconnectors until wires are tightly joined together. Carefully tuck all wires into theoutlet box and position thebackplate of Fixture Body (B)over the outlet box. Align theholes in the backplate with themounting screws. Place caulk(not supplied) into thepreviously removed mountingballs and then attach FixtureBody (B) using the mountingballs. Hand tighten until snug.Mounting ScrewBMounting BallABackplateFigure 5STEP 5 - Apply Silicone SealerA. Make sure exterior wall surface andfixture backplate are free of dirtbefore applying caulk. Usingexterior grade caulk, caulk over topof backplate and down other side.Do not caulk bottom of fixturebackplate to ensure proper moisturedrainage.Your fixture is now assembled andready to use.
