Troubleshooting StepsRecon 200 Gen 2 - No Mic AudioIf you are having issues being heard in chat when using your Recon 200 Gen 2 headset, please besure to check the following.1. The Headset Is Charged/Powered OnThe Recon 200 Gen 2 headset has a rechargeable battery. If your battery dies, you will still beable to use the headset for passive game audio, but the microphone may not function without thepower in all configurations. To ensure full functionality, please keep your headset charged.We generally recommend charging the headset via the console itself, but you can also charge theheadset via a USB Wall Adapter. For more information on charging the headset, please clickhere.Once the headset has been fully charged, move the console switch on the headset itself to theproper console mode, as shown below:Once the headset has been powered on and is plugged in, move to Step 2.2. Mic Is Unmuted/Mic Monitor Is WorkingThe mic will need to be unmuted to be used. To unmute the mic, flip the mic all the wayforwards, as shown below. You will hear an ascending tone when the mic is unmuted.
