Calibre 736Automatic Movement Operation ManualAutomatic watches can be used only by those who are reasonably active as the automaticwinding relies on a regular movement of the wrist. The watch must be given an initial manualwind of 8 to 10 turns and provided that it is worn on the wrist for a minimum of 8 hours eachday it will continue to function indefinitely and may be taken off the wrist for a maximum periodof 30 hours. If this period is exceeded the movement will stop and another manual wind will benecessary. It must be remembered that when worn in bed the movement of the wrist isinsufficient to operate the automatic winding.Time Stand Accuracy1) 21,600 beats per hours2) Accuracy between -30 to +30 seconds per day worn under normal conditions.Butterfly Strap Adjusting InstructionFirstly, open the butterfly buckle and then pull out the pin. Adjust the strap to the requiredlength, and then push back the pin into the correct hole. For example, Local Time is 12 o’clock duel time can be setfor different country’s Local Time i.e. Paris 1o’clock. Refer to the World TimeZone table on Page 4.2) Once the correct duel time is set, turn the crown clockwise to set the correctHome Time.3) Finally push the crown back to Normal Position.If the date is set between 10:00 PM and 02:00 AM, the date will not changecorrectly.The day and date is changed during the period from about 10:00AM to about02:00AM.Instructions For setting Day, Date and Month1) To achieve an accurate day of the week setting, by using a pointed device pressbutton C until a day prior to the day you require is achieved i.e. if today isWednesday then set it onto Tuesday2) To achieve an accurate date setting, by using a pointed device press button Auntil a date prior to the date you require is achieved. i.e if today is the 16 th thenset it onto the 15 th.Page 33) By using a pointed device press button B to set the correct Month4) Pull the crown out to first position and turn the crown anti-clockwise until thecorrect day and date is shown. The day and date will now be correct, now setthe home time but make sure the time is set onto AM or PM.
