Call setup issignalled by a long intermittent tone or otherwise as configured in the PBX connected.Repeated pressing of one and the same speed dial button during call setup mayinitiate call termination, or call termination plus dialling the next telephone number ofthe called subscriber, or may be assigned no function. This behaviour can be set inunit configuration.If your model is equipped with a numerical keypad, you can also push the buttonanytime to terminate a call if enabled so in the parameter.Hang up with #Calling to Telephone Directory PositionsThe telephone directory can contain up to 1999 pre-programmed2N Helios IP Force®positions. Speed dial can only be used for positions 1 to 4. The remaining positions canbe retrieved via the numerical keypad if the function is enabledSpeed dial using digitsin configuration.Procedure:Enter the position number using your numerical keypad (05, 15, 200, 1759 e.g. –two digits at least and four digits at most) and press for confirmation.You can also push the button anytime to terminate a call if enabled so in theparameter in the unit configuration.Hang up with #Calling to Telephone NumberYou can dial a telephone number using your numerical keypad from 2N Helios IP®if the parameter is on.Force Enable telephone functionProcedure:Press the button.You will hear the continuous tone from the loudspeaker.
