■ Replacing an inverter moduleWARNING!Read the safety instructions given in chapter Safety instructions. If youignore them, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can occur.WARNING!Make sure the replacement module has exactly the same type code asthe old module.WARNING!Hot, pressurized coolant may be present in the cooling circuit. Do not work on anysection of the cooling system before it has been depressurized and drained.WARNING!Use the required personal protective equipment. Wear protective gloves and longsleeves. Some parts have sharp edges.Removing the module1. Repeat the steps described in section Electrical safety precautions (page 16).2. Remove the shrouding in front of the module.3. Undo the locking screws of the swing-out frame (if present) and open it.4. Unplug the wiring from the module and move it aside. Use cable ties to keep the wiringout of the way.5. Remove the L-shaped DC busbars at the top of the module. Make note of the orientationof the screws as well as the order of the washers.134 Maintenance
