This enables thepanel to monitor the security of the building and, if necessary, to transmit messages about unauthorized access.For this purpose, movement detectors, glass break sensors, window sensors and further contacts can beintegrated.NoteThe alarm control unit is not intended to serve as a VDS-certified (German Association of PropertyInsurers) alarm system but to merely offer the option of monitoring windows, doors or interiorrooms via movement detectors. It is no substitute for an alarm system.The status of the alarm control unit is shown in the status bar. This function is opened by pressing the icons. Thefunction can also be called up via the navigation bar.This icon indicates that the alarm control unit has been armed. When pressing the icon, a selection with "Disarm"and "Open alarm control unit" is displayed.This icon indicates that the alarm control unit has been disarmed. When pressing the icon, a selection with "Arm"and "Open alarm control unit" is displayed.The overview displays the available message circuits. By setting a tick under "Monitored" you can specify themessage circuits are armed when setting the alarm. The access code is required when setting the alarm. This canbe entered via the numbers keyboard which appears. The access code can also be changed (first the request forthe old access code -> "OK" -> then new entry -> "OK").
