reSOlving errOrS17Resolving errorsYour eMH1 charging station is engineered for maximum operational safety and thehighest possible charging reliability. The RCCB and DC fault current detector (depend-ing on model variant) will recognize all internal malfunctions and switch the device offimmediately.Should a malfunction occur in practice, this is shown bythe indicator LEDs on the upper part of the housing asan error code. The following chapter describes how yourecognize operating states as well as error codes andwhich measures you must take to resolve them.Operating statesThe two indicator LEDs on the left above the front cover shield show the current op-erating status of the eMH1 charging station. To indicate certain operating states, theLEDs may......be illuminated (continuous ON)...flash... be extinguished (continuous OFF).During normal operation, the following operating states are shown:DESCRIPTIONflashesevery 5secondsOFF The charging station is ready for operation, the vehicle maybe connected for charging at any time.illumi-nated OFF The vehicle is connected and has been detected. Next, thecharging procedure will start automatically.OFF illumi-nated The vehicle is currently being charged.OFFflashesevery 5secondsCharging is complete, the charging station can be unpluggedfrom the vehicle.PLEASE NOTE:The charging process is always terminated by the vehicle, not by thecharging station. The EVSE 5X2 only indicates that you can unplug thecharging cable from the vehicle charging socket on the basis of commu-nication with the vehicle. Should the vehicle not be charged sufficiently atthis point, please contact your service partner for the vehicle.
