.- The fixed connection should be made by a professional.- These appliances must be earthed.- There must be a thermal magnetic switch or other device that completelydisconnects the electricity supply from the appliance; this device must have aseparation of the contacts of at least 3 mm. at all the poles.- When installing the radiator, make sure that the connecting cable can never be incontact with a hot area of the appliance.- Proceed with the connection to the mains circuit, making sure that the voltage is thesame as that shown on the appliance registration plate.The equipment consists of:1. Omnipolar on/off (0/I) switch on the back part of the casing to avoid undesiredhandling (for example by kids).2. Pushbutton panel on the upper part ( ) to control the emitter.3. High resolution LCD display with a blue background and white backlight.4. Consumption indicator LED (under the LED panel).LCD Display Icons.The activation and movement along the icons is performed using the MODE key.Symbols are shown framed within a rectangle when activated. The icons appearing inthe Display are described as follows:/ Temperature indicator with 0.5º C setting (internally the emitter controlsup to 0.1ºC). The temperature may be shown in ºC or ºF (in SETUP)./ Operating indicator. This lights up when the temperature shown is that measuredin the environment and turns off while the selected temperature set by the user isshown./ Wireless communication indicator. This lights up when the emitter receives anorder from the remote control. If the order is: change from Auto mode to Manual mode,Clock Set mode or Holiday mode, the order will be confirmed by 2 short “beeps”. In thecase of sending and installing a new or preconfigured programme, the order will beconfirmed by 1 long “beep”./ Manual mode indicator. If a temperature different from that programmed isselected in Auto mode (by means of keys +, -) the emitter will go into manual mode. Itwill return to the previously programmed Auto mode by pressing the MODE key once./ Holiday mode indicator. In this mode you can select the number of days theemitter will remain off, unless the room temperature goes below 7 ºC. Once the daysselected have elapsed, the emitter will automatically go into Auto mode.Auto/Auto mode indicator. This indicates that the emitter is working with theprogramme previously selected in the Programming mode (P)./ Clock Set mode indicator. In this mode you can set the time of the emitter bymeans of the digits (time and day) in the lower part. The minutes, hours and day of theweek (indicated by the lower digits from 1 to 7) are successively selected with theMODE key. The day selected is framed by a rectangle and the digits correspond to thedays in the following manner: 1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, 3 = Wednesday...+, MODE , -4. Controls.
