8Using your Bluetooth SpeakerSwitch onPress and release the button on the top of the Bluetooth speaker, or the red ‘Standby’button on the remote control to power on the product.The first time that you use your product it will power on in Bluetooth mode. ‘HI’, followed by‘bT’ will be displayed and be visible through the speaker cloth.The red LED on the front of the product will now change to blue colour and then flashbetween red and blue as the product searches for other Bluetooth devices.Note: After first use, your product will always power on in the mode it was last used in (BT, FMRadio or AUX).Switch offPress and release the button on the top of the Bluetooth speaker, or the red ‘Standby’button on the remote control.The Bluetooth speaker will go into Standby mode and the LED on the front of the Bluetoothspeaker, visible through the speaker cloth, will change to red.To completely switch off the Bluetooth speaker, switch the power switch on the back of yourBluetooth speaker to ‘Off and switch off the mains power at the wall socket.Note: If you do not use your Bluetooth speaker for 20 minutes and no audio signal isreceived, the product will automatically go into standby mode.Press and release the button on the top of the Bluetooth speaker, or the red ‘Standby’button on the remote control to switch the product back on.Change the modeOn the Bluetooth speaker:Briefly press and release the button on the top of the Bluetooth speaker to switch betweenBluetooth (BT) and FM Radio (FM) modes.If you have a 3.5mm audio input cable/ device connected via the AUX in socket on the backof the Bluetooth speaker, you can also select AUX mode using the button.Using the remote control:If you are using the remote control, press and release the relevant button to switch to eachmode, ‘BT’, ‘FM’ or ‘AUX’.Note: You must have a 3.5mm audio input cable/device connected via the AUX in socket onthe back of the Bluetooth speaker to be able to select this mode.
