Once a desired base height is set, tighten Knob B by turning clockwise.Loosen Knob A by turning it counter clockwise. Extend the inner pipe to the desired height and insertthe safety pin through the stopper holes in the inner pipe. Secure and tighten Knob A by turning itclockwise.
