CARE AND CLEANINGClean the appliance after each use.Always use cookware with clean bottom.Scratches or dark stains on theglass-ceramic cause no effect onhow the appliance operates.To remove the dirt:1. – Remove immediately: meltedplastic, plastic foil, and food withsugar. If not, the dirt can causedamage to the appliance. Use aspecial scraper for the glass . Putthe scraper on the glass surface atan acute angle and move theblade on the surface .– Remove after the appliance issufficiently cool: limescale rings ,water rings, fat stains, shiny metal-lic discolorations. Use a specialcleaning agent for glass ceramicor stainless steel.2. Clean the appliance with a moistcloth and some detergent.3. At the end rub the appliance drywith a clean cloth.6.
