Thefreezing capacity represents the maximum amount of fresh goodsthat can be frozen within 24 hours. If you freeze goods on severaldays, one after the other, freeze amounts equal to 2/3 to 3/4 of thecapacity indicated on the rating plate.• When freezing large quantities of food, place the frozen freezingaccumulator at the front into the top compartment in the freezingchamber.• Thawed foods which have not been processed further (cooked intomeals) may not under any circumstances be frozen a second time.0 1. For freezing the maximum capacity press the FROSTMATIC button 24hours prior to freezing, or 4 to 6 hours for smaller quantities. Unfrozen goods may not comeinto contact with already frozen goods, otherwise the frozen goodsmay start to thaw.3 The appliance electronics automatically switch the FROSTMATIC func-tion off after a period of 52 hours. Yellow indicator light goes out. Youcan also stop the FROSTMATIC function manually by pressing theFROSTMATIC button again.
