To retrievea held call, press the call appearance button besidethe light that is flashing.Redial key – Redials up to 100 previouslydialed numbers. Pressing the Redial key twicesimultaneously redials the last dialed number.Volume control key – Adjusts the volume for thehandset, headset, ringer, and handsfree speaker.Line/Call Appearance key – Connects you to a lineor call. The Aastra 55i IP phone supports up to 4 linekeys.Handsfree key – Activates handsfree for makingand receiving calls without lifting the handset.When the audio mode option is set, this key is usedto switch between a headset and the handsfreespeakerphone.Mute key – Mutes the microphone so that your callercannot hear you (the light indicator flashes when themicrophone is on mute).Navigation keys – Press UPor DOWN to view status of textmessages on the LCD display andscroll through menu selections.
