Members of an ACD-group can be reachedunder a collective call number. When calls are made to the group, the communica-tions system searches for a free telephone in the group.The “ACD group” function key is labelled with the ACD group name resp. thegroup call number. Also the number of waiting calls is indicated on the key.1. Press the “ACD group” function key to log in to the ACD group.The function key lights up red.2.
