OMNISOUND® 3000C PRO USER MANUAL 11COPYRIGHT © 2001 - 2017, ACCELERATED CARE PLUS CORP., ALL RIGHTS RESERVEDWhen the transducer output is switched from Main to Aux output with the transducer select switch, the auto retestscreen will start up to ensure proper function of the Omnisound® 3000C Pro system to the new transducer.Additional Tests/WarningsIf the sensor in the transducer head detects a temperature over 47oC (116.6oF), the word "Over Heat" will flash onthe display and the unit will emit three "beeps." The unit will become inoperable and the treatment time will betemporarily frozen until such time as the temperature drops to the proper level.When the sensor checks the temperature and finds that it has returned to the proper level, the unit will emit two"beeps," and the word "Over Heat" will disappear and the display screen will return to normal. The user may thenpress START to continue the treatment with the existing parameters. Alternatively, the treatment time and intensitymay be reset before pressing START to recommence the treatment.NOTE: Make sure that the output is switched OFF when the transducer is not in use. Temperature will riserapidly if the output is switched ON and the transducer is not in contact with the skin.Power Supply OperationOmnisound® 3000C Pro is a line power only device. It is not intended for use with batteries.Operational SequenceConnection of the TransducerSelect the desired transducers (2cm2 or 5cm2) for use with the Omnisound® 3000C Pro. Position the transducercable plugs so that the 12 prongs align correctly with the 12 receptor holes in the transducer cable MAIN socket orAUX socket. This can be accomplished quickly by placing the inside key at the 12 o’clock position. Insert thetransducer cable plugs into the transducer cable sockets and turn the knurled cuff of the plug clockwise many timesuntil the threaded barrel of the plug is no longer visible. The transducers should now be firmly attached to theOmnisound® 3000C Pro generator.Connecting Line PowerInsert the three-prong hospital grade plug of the AC line cord into a wall outlet supplying a 100 - 240 volt,alternating current, 47-63 Hertz frequency. Plug in the other end (female connector) into the supplied AC powersupply. Insert the power supply output connector into the receptacle on the Omnisound® 3000C Pro generatorlocated next to the power switch on the back of the unit. After the transducers are connected the power may beapplied by pressing the power switch to the ON position.
