The Windows 95-based NotebookManager allows you to set passwords, the startup sequenceof the drives and power management settings. It also showscurrent hardware configurations.To start the Notebook Manager, press Fn-F2 or follow thesesteps:1. Click on Start, Programs, then Notebook Manager.2. Select the Notebook Manager application to run theprogram.Notebook Manager consists of six sections:q Information Viewerq Boot Sequenceq Passwordq Power Managementq Display Deviceq Line-in/MicrophoneTo select a section, click on the tab of the section you wantto view.Note: Certain hot key functions are disabled when youaccess the notebook manager, because these functions arealso found in the notebook manager.Note: Changes made to most settings in the NotebookManager take effect the next time the computer restarts. Ifyou make changes in the Power Management, DisplayDevice and Line-in/Microphone screen, these changestake effect immediately.
