65Error messagesThe following is a list of the messages that the BIOS can display. Mostof them occur during POST. Some of them display information about ahardware device, e.g., the amount of memory installed. Others mayindicate a problem with a device, such as the way it has beenconfigured. Following the list are explanations of the messages andremedies for reported problems.Note: If your system displays one of the messages marked belowwith an asterisk (*), write down the message and contact yourdealer.
