Adjusting the Transmitter1.Turn ON your audio source (i.e., A/V receiver, TV, portable CD player, etc.)and play music at a normal listening volume.2. Set the channel select switch (M) on the back of the transmitter to 1, 2 or 3.The transmitter provides three different broadcasting frequencies. In theevent that you experience poor reception or interference, try choosing adifferent frequency by moving the channel select switch to anotherposition.3. Turn the input level control (L) down (all the way to the left - your left whenlooking at the front of the transmitter).4. Check the audio level indicator light (I) on the front of the transmitter. If thelight flickers intermittently (about half the time), proceed to the next section.If the light does not blink or is flickering very rapidly, turn the input levelcontrol (L) slowly up (to the right - your right when looking at the front ofthe transmitter) until the light flickers intermittently.Note: if the light does not flicker, please check the following:- Confirm that the transmitter AC power adapter (N) is securely connected.- Confirm that the audio input cable coming out of the transmitter is securelyconnected to the audio source output (TV, A/V receiver, etc.).- Move the input level control (L) all the way up as described in step 4 andcheck if the transmitter is connected to a variable audio output, such as aheadphone jack or TV audio output. Adjust the volume on the audio sourceup or down as necessary to make the audio level indicator light (I) flickerintermittently.
