22Installing the Driver for Macintosh OS 9Installing the Driver forMacintosh OS 9To install the USB 1.1 drivers in your Macintosh computer, performthe following steps:Note: No installation is required for Macintosh OS 10.0.4 andlater. The USB 1.1 drivers are built into the operating system.1 Turn on the computer and insert the USB2connect CD.2 Double-click the Start Installation Here file on the CD.3 Follow the instructions to install the latest Macintosh USBdrivers, if necessary.4 Double-click the USB2connect Installer file and follow theinstructions.5 After the installation is complete, click Restart to reboot yourMacintosh, if necessary, and have the new settings take effect.6 Verify that the card is seen by your computer by clicking AppleSystem Profiler in the Apple Menu. Then, click the Devicesand Volumes tab. |
