Chapter 8: Monitoring Your Storage Space ● 92Managing the Email ListThis section describes how to:● Add an email recipient, see page 90.● Modify an email recipient’s information, see the following section.● Remove an email recipient, see page 92.Modifying a Recipient’s InformationIf a recipient’s email address changes, or if you need to change the types of event notificationsthe recipient receives, you can update the recipient’s information in the Email List.To modify a recipient’s information:1 Open the Email Notification Manager. (See page 89.)2 Click on the recipient’s name.3 Modify the recipient’s information as required, then click OK.Removing a Recipient from the Email ListYou can remove any recipient from the Email List. Once a recipient has been removed, eventnotifications from the local system are no longer sent to that email address.To remove a recipient from the Email List:1 Open the Email Notification Manager. (See page 89.)2 Click on the recipient you want to remove.3 In the tool bar, click Delete email recipient.4 Click Yes to confirm the deletion.The recipient is removed from the Email List.
