Please refer tothe Axis website at www.axis.com for further information.PTZ configurationOnce PTZ has been installed for the AXIS 243SA, PTZ Configuration now appears in themenu to the left along with the following sub menus.Preset positionsA preset position is a pre-defined camera view than can be used to quickly move thecamera to a specific location.From Preset Position Setup, use the Pan, Tilt and Zoom (PTZ) controls to steer the camerato the required position. When satisfied with the camera's position, enter a descriptivename. The camera position, iris and focus settings are then saved as a preset position.The position can be assumed at any time, by selecting the preset's name from the Presetpositions drop-down list. Preset positions can be selected in the Live View page; they canbe selected as an action when an event is triggered, in Sequence mode, and can be part ofa Guard Tour.One position can be set as the Home position, which is readily accessible by clicking thebox beside Use current position as Home. The position's name will then have (H) added tothe end, for example, Office Entrance (H).
