You can also set the Save event in days to min-imize the use of the hard disk.There is a Bandwidth/Storage calculator available atwww.axis.com/techsup under Network Servers > Tools to get an esti-mation of the required hard disk space.Also consider changing the settings for frame rate, compression andimage size to reduce the storage space needed. The application willcleanup recordings automatically if these settings are set correctly. Ifnot, and the PC gets locked, you will have to delete the recordingsmanually or reformat the hard disk.No images are shown in theWeb interface• Verify that the IP address of the AXIS Camera Station serverunder Options > General Settings > General > Camera Sta-tion Web Access.• Enable the Web interface under Administration > General >Enable Web Access.• A virtual directory \TempACS pointing toC:\TempACS must be available in your www root.I can not access the Web site,even though I have created aUserIn some cases you can not login to Web site, although the Anony-mous login is unchecked and Windows integrated security isselected. This usually happens on Windows XP because the IIS willonly grant you access as a guest even if you have logged in as a user.You can circumvent the problem by giving the guest the necessaryaccess in the AXIS Camera Station Administration.Alternatively,1. Go to Control Panel > Administrative tools > Local Securitypolicy.2. Select Local policies > Security Options > Setting for networkaccess and choose Classic - user acts as itself.Event log shows recordingstorage error for a cameraOpen Recording Database dialog (Options > General Settings >Recording Database). Double-click on the camera in question to openCamera Storage Settings. Check that the settings are correct andpress OK to leave the dialog even if no settings were changed.Event log shows no signalfrom a cameraIf “No signal from {camera}” appears frequently in the Event log, butyou are able to view live images, check the camera’s proxy settingsand that it has the latest firmware version.
