Search byproduct, category, or phrases• report problems to Axis support bylogging in to your private supportarea.Battery ReplacementThis Axis product uses a 3.0 V CR2032lithium battery as the power supply forits internal real-time clock (RTC).Under normal conditions this batterywill last for a minimum of 5 years. Lowbattery power affects the operation ofthe RTC, causing it to reset at everypower-up. A log message will appearwhen the battery needs replacing. Thebattery should not be replaced unlessrequired!If the battery does need replacing,please contact www.axis.com/techsupfor assistance.• Dispose of used batteries accordingto the manufacturer's instructions.• Risk of explosion if battery isincorrectly replaced.• Replace only with the same orequivalent battery, as recommendedby the manufacturer.Dome Cover Cleaning• Be careful not to scratch or damagethe dome cover. Do not clean a domecover that looks clean to the eye andnever polish the surface. Excessivecleaning could damage the surface.• For general cleaning of a dome coverit is recommended to use a non-abrasive, solvent-free neutral soapor detergent with water and a softcloth. Rinse well with cleanlukewarm water. Dry with a softcloth to prevent water spotting.• Never use harsh detergents, gasoline,benzene or acetone etc. and avoidcleaning in direct sunlight or atelevated temperatures.WarrantyTo use this Axis product outdoors, itshall be installed in an approvedoutdoor housing.www.axis.com/warranty
