The tab on theretainer plate must be lined up with theslot before tightening the wheel (Fig. 3).4) • With the wheel in position, tighten theaxel nuts and tighten with standardcrescent, box, or open end wrench. Youshould feel significant resistance andthe wheel should be held tightly in place(Fig. 4).REAR WHEELS5) • Rest the stroller upside down, on thehandle.• Press the rear wheel posts into the rearframe hub until it clicks into place (Fig. 5).NOTE: Pull on the rear wheel to ensurethat it is securely attached to the stroller.TIRES6) • Tires are shipped un-inflated. The tiresshould be inflated on a regular basis tothe P.S.I. specified on each tire. Alwaysuse a bicycle style hand air pump toinflate the tires (Fig. 6). *Not includedPARENT TRAYWARNING: Do notplace hot liquids or more than3 pounds in the parent tray.Serious burns or unstableconditions could result.7) • To attach parent tray: line up theparent tray slots with correspondingslots on the stroller frame and slidedown until locked into place (Fig. 7).Note: Check to make sure the parenttray is secure before using.CANOPY8) • To open the canopy: push forwardon the front edge of the canopy whileholding the rear of canopy in place(Fig. 8).• To fold the canopy: pull backwards onthe front edge (Fig. 8).SEATBACK POSITIONING9) • The seat has a multiple position reclinethat is controlled by cords and adjusterbehind the seat. To recline the seat, pullback on the loop of the adjuster whilesimultaneously pressing the side button(Fig. 9a). To place the seat back in a moreupright position, grab the adjuster withone hand and pull the cords to the desiredposition with the other hand (Fig. 9b).The adjuster will lock automatically. Theupright position should be used only for achild that is at least 6 months old.
