If flexible line cordage is usedto connect the equipment, it should be a minimumof H07RN-F type conforming to EN60335-1 and/orlocal codes.Overexposure to smoke or fumes may causenausea and dizziness. Be sure the oven is placedin a well ventilated area.CAUTIONField Connectionsa) Remove all screws and vent knob from the controlpanel(s). Pull control panel out at the bottom,then down and out from the vent rod. Slip the rightflange hole of the control panel back onto the ventrod, then replace the vent knob to keep the controlpanel in an open and secure position.b) Remove all screws from the left access panel(s),then pull forward and out of the oven.Stacked ovens only!In all but the top oven, punch four 1 1/2” diameter holesin each of the top covers, utilizing the 1/8 locating holes.(See Fig. 5b)c) Feed power cable (supplied by the customer) throughthe access hole at the left side (see Fig 5g) or at thebottom (see fig. 5h) of the oven and pull the cable tothe front of the oven where it may be attached to theopening in the oven frame. See fig. 5i).d) Following the appropriate wiring diagram conformingto the rating plate, connect the power supply leadsto the field wiring terminal block (see fig. 5j). Theground wire should be connected to the groundinglug (see fig. 5k) attached to the oven frame.e) For single phase 2-wire or three phase 3-wiresupplies, the controlling branch circuit is designedto operate at 208-240 volts AC and is pre-wired atthe factory between L1 and L2 of the field wiringterminal block.
