Manual 2100-351Page 17The suction line temperatures in table above are basedupon 80° F dry bulb / 67° F wet bulb (50% R.H.)temperature and rated airflow across the evaporatorduring cooling cycle.REMOVAL OF FAN SHROUD1. Disconnect all power to the unit.2. Remove the screws holding both grilles, one on eachside of unit, and remove grilles.3. Remove screws holding fan shroud to condenser andbottom. Nine (9) screws.4. Unwire condenser fan motor.5. Slide complete motor, fan blade, and shroud assemblyout the left side of the unit.6. Service motor/fan as needed.7. Reverse steps to reinstall.TROUBLESHOOTINGREFRIGERANT CHARGEThe correct system R-22 charge is shown on the unitrating plate. Optimum unit performance will occur with arefrigerant charge resulting in a suction line temperature(6” from compressor) as shown in Table 7.FIGURE 10TABLE 5ledoMnoisnemiDAN206LW 57.1TABLE 6INDOOR BLOWER PERFORMANCECFM @ 230V.P.S.EHnI 2 ON206LW3206LW 2206LW 3284LW 2284LWdeepShgiH deepShgiH deepShgiH deepShgiHyrDlioCteWlioCyrDlioCteWlioCyrDlioCteWlioCyrDlioCteWlioC0.1.2.5771576157510061525152410581557100715761-00615251006152515241525152410531007100615741526152510041TABLE 7REFRIGERANT CHARGEledoM wolfriADO59erutarepmeTDO28erutarepmeT206LW 0071 55-35 26-06284LW 0551 65-45 76-56TABLE 8RATED CFM AND ESPj Rated CFM & ESP on High Speed tap with14 x 28 return air filter grillek Rated CFM & ESP on High Speed tap with20 x 30 filterledoMdetaRMFCdetaRPSEdednemmoceRegnaRwolfriAN206LW 5241 02.0 5241-5771 j3206LW 5241 02.0 5241-5771 j2206LW 5251 02.0 5251-0581 k3284LW 0531 02.0 0531-0061 j2284LW 0041 02.0 0041-0071 kFAN BLADE SETTING DIMENSIONSShown in Figure 10 is the correct fan blade settingdimension for proper air delivery across the outdoor coil.Any service work requiring removal or adjustment in thefan and/or motor area will require that the dimensionsbelow be checked and blade adjusted in or out on themotor shaft accordingly.
