- 37 -5.2 OperationCAUTION!The deep fryer can only be used by individuals who have been instructed in theproper use of the device and dangers that may arise during the frying process.Prepare the device Remove the lid and take out the frying basket and the perforated metal sheet out ofthe device. Before the first device operation clean it and its equipment according to theinstructions in section 6 “Cleaning”. Make sure no water gets into the electricinstallation and the control box. Next, dry the device and accessoriesthoroughly. Place the perforated metal sheet on the bottom of the basin. Check whether the oil and dirt filter on the underside of the device is in place.Never use the device without the filter, because this may damage the device orresult in its malfunctioning.Control panelDevice start-upCAUTION!Before the operation of the device make sure the device is switched off(Temperature controller in “OFF” position).
