This featureallows up to three waypoints to beadded to the current route, betweenone start point and final destination.Once a waypoint has been added,the points can be edited or deleted.To add a waypoint:1. Press the DEST control button.2. Press the Add screen button.This button only appears if aroute has been calculated.3. Using the desired method ofentering a destination, enter thewaypoint. See Destination onpage 39. The system calculatesand highlights the route. Theroute is now ready to be started.4. To add more waypoints, pressthe DEST control button, thenselect the Add screen button,where the next waypoint shouldfall on the route. The systemcalculates and highlights theroute. The route is now ready tobe started.To delete a waypoint:1. Press the DEST control button.2. Press Delete next to thewaypoint to be deleted.3. The system displays a pop-upconfirmation message. PressYes to delete the waypoint;press No to cancel thisoperation. The system calculatesand highlights the route. Theroute is now ready to be started.Suspend GuidancePress this screen button, from theRoute screen, to put the currentroute on hold.Resume GuidancePress this screen button, from theRoute screen, to resume guidanceon the current route.Cancel GuidancePress this screen button, from theRoute screen, to cancel the currentroute. A confirmation windowdisplays. Select Yes to confirm; Noto cancel this operation.Preset Destinations — Addingor ChangingThis feature allows additions orchanges to one of six presetdestinations. When a destinationhas been added as a presetdestination, it is available to selectfrom the Select Destination screen.
