(You may have topush the corner of the windowslightly to allow the knob to fullylock.)• Return rear-window latch levers toclosed position until hearing aclick.• With window securely stored,return seat to normal position.Press down on seat cushion andforward on the seatback to ensureit is locked.Reinstall the rear window• Squeeze and pull down on rear-window latch levers.• Hold window in place and turnlock knobs to unlocked position.• Use grab handles to lift windowfrom storage well behind retainingtabs.• With rear window tilted towardyou, place window into lowerchannel of window frame.• Make sure arrows at bottom ofrear window and top of Midgatecrossbar are aligned (“4” below).Apply downward pressure to pushwindow into channel. Using grabhandles, press window flat againstframe.• Holding glass firmly in place, pushlatch levers (“5” below) up untilhearing a click, indicating latch issecured.Lower the MidgateThe Midgate can be lowered from itsnormal position to extend the cargoarea into the rear of the cab. TheMidgate can be lowered with therear window installed in the normalposition or removed and stored inthe Midgate storage pocket. Beforelowering the Midgate, fold rear seatsdown.With Rear Window Installed:• Stand outside vehicle and, withone hand against the Midgatebelow the crossbar, support theMidgate (“6” below).• With other hand, turn Midgatehandle (“7” below) clockwise torelease Midgate and pull it towardyou. Gently lower Midgateforward until lying flat on foldedrear seat.45 76
