Select a scanned image fromthe drop-down list to view and add information for the image.[PDF Settings] Opens the [PDF Settings] dialog box whichenables you to make advanced settings ofthe PDF file (see “Creating One PDF Filefrom Two or More Pages,” on p. 2-17). Thisbutton appears when [PDF], [PDF (MultiplePages)] or [PDF (Add Page)] is selected in[Save as Type].[Save ScannedImage to]Specifies the location to save the scannedimage.[Add ScannedImage to]This item appears instead of [Save ScannedImage to] when [PDF (Add Page)] isselected in [Save as Type]. You can selectthe PDF file to which you want to add thescanned image.[Save Pictures toa Subfolder withCurrent Date]Select this check box to create a folder withcurrent date in the specified location andsave the scanned images in this folder.This check box is not available when [PDF(Add Page)] is selected in [Save as Type].[Save] Press to save the scanned images in thespecified location.[Forward] This button appears instead of [Save] whenan application is specified in the [MailProgram] or the [External Program] setting.You can forward the scanned images to theapplication.[Cancel] Cancels the operation and returns to theprevious window. Deletes all the imagesscanned in the operation.[BasicInformation]Displays the information automaticallyacquired by scanning.[AdvancedInformation]Displays the extra information you enter.[Apply the SameSetting ofInput ItemsAutomatically]Select this check box to use the same valuesyou have specified in the previous scanningoperation.
