If the status does not improve even afterchecking the relevant items, contact a Customer Support Help Desk.PowerThe power does not turn on.• Check the battery level.• If the battery does not charge, press the Forced shutdown switch (=4)with a thin rod and then charge the battery again.ChargingThe battery cannot be charged.• The battery cannot be charged during printing. Charge the battery in theStanding by to print status or the Power off status.• Use the specified battery charger.• If the battery does not charge, press the Forced shutdown switch (=4)with a thin rod and then charge the battery again.The battery runs down quickly.• Battery performance will decrease at low temperatures.• Battery consumption may increase depending on the printing settings.• Battery power is consumed in the Standing by to print status. To increasethe number of sheets that can be printed with a single charge, it isrecommended to turn off the power each time printing is finished.• The app indicates the approximate battery level, and the battery may rundown quickly depending on the printing conditions. It is recommended tocharge the battery soon after use.
