[ PROGRAM AE]- When setting the shutter speed, the numberdisplayed will flash if the value selected is notappropriate for the recording conditions. In suchcase, select a different value.- If you use a slow shutter speed in dark places,you can obtain a brighter image, but the imagequality may be lower, and the autofocus maynot work well.- The image may flicker when recording withhigh shutter speeds.- Recording movies under fluorescent lights: If thescreen starts to flicker, select [ PROGRAMAE] and set the shutter speed to 1/100.- The shutter speed resets to [ AUTO] whenyou set the mode switch to or change therecording program.
