You canprint, send, or delete documents stored in the Memory RX Inbox. You can also setwhether Fax/I-fax documents are received in memory, and whether to protect the MemoryRX Inbox with a password.IMPORTANTThis function is available only in the following cases:- When the Universal Send Expansion Board-A1 (optional) is installed in the iR105,iR8500, and iR7200- When the iR6020i/5020i is used- When the Image Reader-A1 (optional) is installed in the iR6000i/5000i- When the Image Reader-B1 (optional) is installed in the iR3300i/2200iNOTE• To set the receive mode, you must first set the [Use Fax Memory Lock] or [Use I-FaxMemory Lock] setting to 'On' in the [Memory RX Inbox Settings] of [CommunicationsSettings] in [System Settings] under Additional Functions on the machine's control panel.You can also set the receive mode using the Remote UI by clicking on [Memory RX InboxSettings] in the [Custom Settings] under [Add. Memory RX Box (iR3300/2800/2200)This is a mail box where received fax documents are stored. By factory default, receiveddocuments are printed automatically without being stored. (See Chapter 2, "Basic FaxUsage," in the Facsimile Guide.)IMPORTANTThis function is available only when the fax board (optional) is installed in the iR3300/2800/2200. Confidential Fax Inboxes (iR105, iR8500, iR7200, iR6020i/5020i, iR6000i/5000i, and iR3300i/2200i)Documents received through the Fax/I-fax function that meet the specified forwardingconditions are stored here. Up to 50 Confidential Fax Inboxes can be created. You canprint or delete documents stored in Confidential Fax Inboxes.
