Be sure that servicingequipment and replacement components are designed to operate with R-410A.• R-410A refrigerant cylinders are pink.• R-410A refrigerant cylinders have a dip tube which allows liquid to flow out of cylinder in an upright position.• In case of maintenance, R-410A systems should be charged with refrigerant in liquid phase. Use acommercial type metering device in the manifold hose in order to vaporize the liquid refrigerantbefore it enters in the unit.• R-410A, as other HFCs, is only compatible with oils selected by the compressor manufacturer.• A vacuum pump is not enough to remove moisture from oil.• POE oils absorb moisture rapidly.
