19Concentric Alignment — Shaft and wheels must beconcentrically centered with the venturi or air inlet of the fanhousing (see Fig. 12).Shaft bearings are supported by bearing supports (Fig. 13).If shaft and wheels are concentrically misaligned from ship-ping shock, it is possible to rebend the bearing support arms tothe original positions. Replace the bearing support if it has ex-tensive damage.Evaporator Motor Starter Setting (after Lock-out/Tagout) — Motor starter is factory set. If starter isreplaced in the field, use the following procedure to set:1. On the starter, adjust the Motor Overload to match theFLA Rating of the installed motor by turning the Over-load Setpoint wheel to the appropriate value. See Fig. 14.Evaporator and condenser motor FLA Ratings are listedin Table 12.2. On the starter, turn the Motor Overload Reset wheel toM-O (referred to as Manual Reset).3. On the starter, depress the Motor Overload Reset wheel(wheel also acts as reset button).4.
