For example, you could sample the bark ofyour dog and then use the sound in a melody. You also cansample and use passages from a CD. The sampling feature isa great way to create new sounds that are highly creative.• Before connecting, make sure that the Digital Piano,external devices, and/or the microphone all are turnedoff.1. Connect a microphone or external device to theDigital Piano.• You also could connect a commercially availablemicrophone.• Connection of an external device requires commerciallyavailable connecting cords, supplied by you. Connectingcords should have a stereo mini plug on one end and a plugthat matches the configuration of the external device on theother end.2. Turn down the volume levels of the externaldevice and the Digital Piano.3.
