Look at the 16 white keys (C3through D5) in the center of thekeyboard that are marked withimages of percussion instruments,and find the sound you want toassign to a pad.3. W h i l e p r e s s i n g d o w n o n t h epercussion pad to which you wantto assign the sound, press the whitekey you selected in step 2.4. Tap the percussion pad with yourfinger to hear the sound assigned toit.TransposeThe initial power default setting is middle C(00). You can transpose the key of the keyboardin semitone steps in the range of –6 to +6 (12semitone steps).1.
