Each main function has acorresponding sub function. To switch the functions of the lower display:• Push MODE button to switch from one main function to the next main function.• Hold down MODE button for more than 2 seconds to switch from a main function to its subfunction.• Push MODE button again to return to the main function from the sub function.• You cannot directly move from one sub function to another.See the following diagram for the flow of the main and sub functions.Lap Button (LAP)When the unit is measuring time, heart rate, etc., push this button to record data (Elapsed Time,Distance, Lap's Average Speed, Lap's Average Heart Rate and Lap Cadence) at any arbitrarypoint. Up to 50 lap data points can be captured.
