16OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS5. Approximately 5 seconds after entering the probe cooking temperature the words Conv. Bake and Roast willflash along with rapid beeping. The control is prompting you to enter a cooking mode, so select the mode youwish to use; Bake, Conv. Bake or Conv. Roast (convection modes available in upper oven only on ModelsWOT-227 and WOT-230).6. Enter the temperature at which you want the oven to cook. Do not confuse this with the internal food temperature (theprobe temperature) you set earlier. This will be the temperature of the oven to actually cook the food. Use the number keysto enter a temperature setting from 100°F to 550°F.7. The oven will heat to the desired cooking temperature and cycle on & off until it reaches the probe set temperature. Theactual probe temperature shows in the display. When the probe set temperature is reached, End will show in the displayand the oven will chime 4 times, the actual probe temperature will flash and the oven will automatically turn off. The ovenwill chime once every minute for the next 10 minutes. The flashing probe temperature will continue to show the actualfood temperature.8. Be careful not to burn yourself when removing the food probe plug from the oven receptacle. Once removed, the probetemperature digits will go blank.9. Wash the stainless steel end of the food probe in hot soapy water but Do Not get the plug end of the probe wet. Whennot in use, store in a dry place.
